Goals
Getting my bachelor's degree in Business Management is my first goal. Thereafter, I plan on utilizing it to pursue my career into Publix corporate. I aspire to strengthen my professionalism and further my knowledge in safety and asset protection to climb the corporate ladder in that field. Safety and asset protection are two fields I take pride in as I utilize safe practices and take safety seriously. I also want to make sure that our fellow associates take it just as serious to keep them safe and to keep our profitability as high as possible.
Achievements
One of my first achievements in retail was receiving associate of the month from Walmart three consecutive years in a row (2013, 2014, and 2015). Once I transferred stores the new store did not give this award. As I promoted to department manager roles, I took pride in beating previous year's sales. I also reached and at times superseded goals for OSCA, which is availability of product for the customers. For college achievements, I achieved my AA degree with honors as Cum Laude. Graduated with 3.85 GPA. I now attend Keiser University and received the Dean's List for fall of 2021 with a 4.0 GPA currently.
